How to Get Connected
When you are ready to start your session, please click on the name or picture of your provider below and follow these instructions.
Once you click your provider below, you will be prompted to check-in for your session by typing your/the patient's name and clicking "Check-in."
Click "Enable Webcam."
Once on this screen, your provider can initiate your remote consultation. You should see yourself in the upper right corner.
Please note you can test your connection in advance of the session by clicking "Pre-call Test" button in the lower left corner of your screen once connected. You can also send your provider a message using the chat box in the lower right corner.
