Jeffrey Woodard was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. He received his Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest School of Medicine. Prior to this degree program, Jeffrey worked as an EMT for Gaston Emergency Medical Services. Jeffrey welcomes both adult and pediatric patients, and is particularly interested in helping patients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. Jeffrey is committed to providing exceptional care to the community in which he grew up.
