Vanessa likes helping others who are facing challenges in their lives and are in need of some support. Whether the challenges are at home, school or work; she is capable of offering assistance to strive towards positive change. She offers a safe non-judgmental place; where you can vent and focus on your mental health needs. She has 12 years of experience in supporting adults and adolescents with diverse needs and complexities. Her interests include helping children/adolescents (ages 5+) and their families, as well as Spanish speaking individuals. She has worked with children of all ages in different treatment areas such as outpatient therapy, intensive in-home therapy, inpatient care and school-based therapy. She has worked with children who are in need of a behavioral modification program, depression, anxiety, school stressors, dysfunctional family relationships, bipolar disorder, trauma, auditory and visual hallucinations, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and many more. Her expertise in treating adults are in the following areas; depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, dealing with family and work stressors, experiencing auditory, visual or tactile hallucinations, mood swings, Autism Spectrum Disorder and many more.
