Vanessa enjoys helping others who are facing challenges in their lives and could use some support. Whether the challenges are at home, school or work; she is capable of offering assistance to strive towards positive change. She offers a safe non-judgmental place; where you can vent and focus on your mental health needs. She is experienced in supporting adults and adolescents with diverse needs and complexities. Her particular interests are helping children/adolescents (ages 5-15) and their families, as well as Spanish speaking individuals and families. Expertise includes trauma-informed therapy, depression, relationships, acculturation, anxiety, self-esteem and much more. She looks forward to collaborating with you and your needs.
